For 1 mocktail:
- Cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar (preserving jar)
- Perfect glass: rocks
- 30ml PAULIES GINGER Turmeric
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml orange juice (from carton)
- 10ml agave syrup
- 35 ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- ice cubes
- coriander leaves (garnish)
- sweet popcorn (self-dust with turmeric powder) (garnish)
- Pour PAULIES GINGER Turmeric , lemon juice, orange juice, agave syrup and chickpea juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass full of ice.
- Garnish the glass with coriander leaves and serve with sweet popcorn and turmeric powder.
