Paulies Ginger was born out of love. Paul, who always enjoyed being in the kitchen, wanted to make the very best non-alcoholic drink for his wife Yvonne. His wife had to choose an alcohol-free life 10 years ago and she was completely fed up with cola, tea and water. He started blending and experimenting with passion. After a long search he created the ultimate ginger drink. Paul let Yvonne taste a sip and she immediately fell in love with this taste sensation.

The Paulies team was soon expanded with a 3rd person, foodie Eric. The three of them have experienced enormous growth as a team since the creation of Paulies Ginger, both privately and professionally, which they love to experience.
How did you come up with that?
Yvonne: soon after the sale of the first bottles, 2 years ago, we were asked how the drink came about, how did you come up with it? We could no longer ignore it, the story behind the origins of Paulies Ginger had to be revealed. We wondered, is it appropriate to tell a start-up company that this ginger drink was created after an addiction was overcome, after a search for an alcohol-free drink?
We have taken the plunge and I can recommend it to everyone, I feel liberated, I am who I am and that is nothing to be ashamed of. That I didn't find out before 😁 😀.
Yvonne; At first I was very ashamed of my addiction problems and kept it carefully hidden. Ultimately, with the help of addiction care, I overcame my problems. But even after I was clean/sober, I talked about it with as few people as possible, afraid of being labeled by the outside world, I think, afraid of making myself vulnerable.
Whatever your past or present, whether you are short, tall, white, yellow, black, fat or thin, bi, gay or straight, who cares.

We are proud that Paulies Ginger is drunk because it is healthy and tasty, but it is also embraced as an alcohol-free alternative, which is of course great. Love and growth are central to Paulies Ginger... 😍
