You can drink Paulies in many different ways. You can drink it straight or mix it, for example in tea, with hot water, sparkling water, mineral water, or in a mocktail. Furthermore, the ginger drink is also delicious in a marinade or dressing and mixed into yogurt.

That depends on your personal taste. You can drink 1 part (20 to 30 ml) Paulies Ginger neat, or mix it with 5 to 10 parts of another product. It just depends on how strong you like it. After opening, Paulies Ginger can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 2 months (up to +7 degrees Celsius). Unopened, Paulies Ginger can be kept for at least 10 months after the production date. This date can be found on the side of the bottle. Paulies Ginger is a fresh product and has a long, fully tested shelf life due to, among other things, the addition of lemon (a natural preservative) and the special preparation method.

Yes, there are some tough kids among us who love the taste, the more flavors they discover, the better, right?

Pregnant women? Paulies Ginger Original and Original Max are certainly suitable. Ginger works very well against nausea. But enjoy in moderation (max 20-30 ml per day). It's best to avoid Paulies Ginger Turmeric and Turmeric Max, as turmeric is generally not recommended during pregnancy. If in doubt, it is always wise to consult a doctor.

Paulies Ginger Original and Paulies Ginger Turmeric contain approximately 27.4g of sugar per 100ml. Since you dilute the drink with water, there is about 2.74g of sugar per glass. Depending on the type of diabetes, diabetics can drink Paulies Ginger without problems. Are you unsure? Please consult your doctor. If you are watching your sugar intake, our MAX variant (Original MAX and Turmeric MAX) is the best choice!

Ginger (and also Turmeric) can thin the blood. In combination with blood-thinning medication, ginger can enhance this effect. Therefore, it is advisable to use ginger (and turmeric) in moderation (max 20 ml per day) and always consult a doctor before starting with Paulies Ginger.

For other complaints and especially in case of doubt, always consult a doctor first. The doctor has insight into the entire medication overview and health history, allowing them to give the best advice on the use of ginger and/or turmeric.

Paulies Ginger has launched two types of EU honey. Paulies Ginger Honey enriched with ginger and Paulies Ginger Honey enriched with turmeric. Raw EU honey is unprocessed and pure – not heated or filtered, which preserves its natural nutrients.
