Tandory Glory - Paulies Ginger

For 1 mocktail:


  • Cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar (preserving jar)
  • Perfect glass: rocks


  • 30ml PAULIES GINGER Turmeric
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 10ml orange juice (from carton)
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 35 ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • ice cubes
  • coriander leaves (garnish)
  • sweet popcorn (self-dust with turmeric powder) (garnish)

Perfect Serve:

  1. Pour PAULIES GINGER Turmeric , lemon juice, orange juice, agave syrup and chickpea juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass full of ice.
  4. Garnish the glass with coriander leaves and serve with sweet popcorn and turmeric powder.
