For 1 mocktail:
Necessities:
- cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
- perfect glass: cocktail/martini glass
Ingredients:
- 30ml PAULIES GINGER Raw Original
- 30 ml honey
- 40 ml cloudy apple juice
- 30ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- apple slice (garnish)
Perfect Serve:
- Pour PAULIES GINGER Raw Original , honey, cloudy apple juice and chickpea juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds and pour.
- Garnish the glass with an apple slice.
RECIPE 2 Difficulty * (without cocktail shaker)
Necessities:
- perfect glass: cocktail/martini glass
Ingredients:
- 30ml PAULIES GINGER Raw Original
- 30 ml honey
- 40 ml cloudy apple juice
- sparkling water
- possibly apple slice (garnish)
Perfect Serve:
- donate PAULIES GINGER Raw Original , honey, apple juice cloudy in a nice martini glass.
- Stir gently.
- Fill the glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish if necessary. the glass with an apple slice.
