  • 30 ml Paulies (e.g., Turmeric)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 200 g pumpkin (pre-cooked)
  • 300 ml almond milk (unsweetened)

Perfect Serve:

  1. Cook pumpkin until tender and place in the blender.
  2. Add banana + orange + Paulies.
  3. Add almond milk.
  4. Blend until a smooth smoothie.
