🍲 Paulie's Pumpkin Soup
Taste experience:
This is a complete meal full of flavor and packed with vitamins. Full-bodied, velvety, and with a warm ginger depth.
Ingredients (approx. 2.2 liters):
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1250 g pumpkin (regular pumpkin or butternut squash)
- 1 apple
- 2½ stock cubes (vegetable or chicken)
- 1250 ml water
- 50 ml Paulie's Original Max
- Coriander, chili pepper, and lime for garnish
Perfect Serve:
- Sauté shallots and garlic in oil (5 min).
- Add pumpkin and apple, cut into pieces.
- Add stock and water, cook for 20-25 min.
- Add Paulie's and blend until smooth.
- Serve with coriander, chili, and lime.
