Paulies Pompoensoep - Paulies Ginger

🍲 Paulie's Pumpkin Soup

Taste experience:
This is a complete meal full of flavor and packed with vitamins. Full-bodied, velvety, and with a warm ginger depth.

 Ingredients (approx. 2.2 liters):

  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1250 g pumpkin (regular pumpkin or butternut squash)
  • 1 apple
  • 2½ stock cubes (vegetable or chicken)
  • 1250 ml water
  • 50 ml Paulie's Original Max
  • Coriander, chili pepper, and lime for garnish

Perfect Serve:

  1. Sauté shallots and garlic in oil (5 min).
  2. Add pumpkin and apple, cut into pieces.
  3. Add stock and water, cook for 20-25 min.
  4. Add Paulie's and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve with coriander, chili, and lime.
