RECIPE 1 difficulty **
Ingredients for 1 mocktail:
- cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar (preserving jar)
- perfect glass: beer mug
Ingredients:
- 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
- 40ml pineapple juice
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml agave syrup
- 30ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- can of alcohol-free beer (e.g. Uiltje)
- ice cubes
- piece of pineapple and the leaves of a pineapple (garnish)
Perfect Serve :
- Pour PAULIES GINGER Original , pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup and chickpea juice, ice cubes into the cocktail shaker.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Pour into a beer mug full of ice cubes.
- Top off with IPA non-alcoholic beer (e.g. Uiltje)
- Garnish the beer mug with a piece of pineapple and pineapple leaves.

Ingredients for 1 mocktail:

Ingredients:
- 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
- 40ml pineapple juice (from carton)
- 10ml lime juice
- can of alcohol-free beer (e.g. Uiltje)
- ice cubes to taste
Perfect Serve :
- donate PAULIES GINGER Original , pineapple juice and lime juice in a nice large beer mug.
- Stir well.
- Supplement it with an alcohol-free beer (e.g. Uiltje)
- Fill in with any ice cubes.
