Spiced Ginger - Paulies Ginger

RECIPE 1 (Difficulty **)

Ingredients for 1 mocktail:

  • cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
  • sieve
  • perfect glass: long drink glass

Ingredients:

  • 20ml PAULIES GINGER Raw Turmeric
  • mango juice 10ml (from carton)
  • ¼ of 1 chili pepper (1 slice for garnish)
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20 ml agave
  • 20ml Sprite
  • ice cubes
  • coriander (garnish)

Perfect Serve:

  1. Crush ¼ chili pepper in the cocktail shaker.
  2. Add PAULIES GINGER Raw Turmeric , mango juice, lime juice and agave syrup and ice.
  3. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour through a sieve into a highball glass full of ice.
  5. Top off with Sprite.
  6. Garnish the glass with coriander and a piece of chili pepper.

  • mango juice 10ml (from carton)
  • chili pepper (pinch)
  • half a lime
  • 20ml Sprite
  • agave syrup to taste
  • ice cubes

Perfect Serve:

  1. Pour PAULIES GINGER Raw Turmeric into a highball glass.
  2. Top up with mango juice, lime juice and optionally. agave syrup to taste.
  3. Add a pinch of chili pepper.
  4. Stir well with a long spoon.
  5. Top off with Sprite.
  6. possibly ice cubes.
