🍛 Sticky Tempeh with Ginger-Soy Marinade
Flavor Profile:
Sweet, salty, and sticky with a delicious ginger kick.
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 3 tbsp Paulies Original
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 250 g tempeh (sliced)
- Sunflower oil (for frying)
- Garnish: sesame seeds, spring onion, chili flakes (optional)
Perfect Serve:
- Marinate tempeh for at least 1 hour.
- Fry until beautifully caramelized.
- Serve with rice, noodles, or salad.
- Finish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
