🍛 Sticky Tempeh with Ginger-Soy Marinade

Flavor Profile:

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 3 tbsp Paulies Original
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 250 g tempeh (sliced)
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)
  • Garnish: sesame seeds, spring onion, chili flakes (optional)

Perfect Serve:

  1. Marinate tempeh for at least 1 hour.
  2. Fry until beautifully caramelized.
  3. Serve with rice, noodles, or salad.
  4. Finish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
