Walk in the Park - Paulies Ginger

RECIPE 1 (Difficulty **)

Ingredients for 1 mocktail:

  • cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
  • perfect glass: long drink glass

Ingredients

  • 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 4 pieces of cucumber (1 piece for garnish)
  • 6 basil leaves (1 leaf for garnish)
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 35ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • ice cubes
  • black pepper (garnish)
Perfect Serve:
  1. Mash a few pieces of cucumber and basil leaves in the cocktail shaker.
  2. Add PAULIES GINGER Original, agave syrup, chickpea juice and ice cubes.
  3. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass full of ice cubes.
  5. Garnish the glass with cucumber slices, basil leaf and sprinkle some black pepper over it.

RECIPE 2 (Difficulty *) without cocktail shaker.

Ingredients for 1 mocktail:

  • perfect glass: long drink glass

Ingredients

  • 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 4 pieces of cucumber
  • 6 basil leaves
  • sparkling water
  • ice cubes

Perfect Serve:

  1. Mash a few pieces of cucumber and 6 basil leaves in the glass.
  2. Add PAULIES GINGER Original and lime juice.
  3. Stir vigorously with a long spoon.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Ice cubes to taste.
