Supplies for 1 mocktail:
- cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
- perfect glass: highball glass
Ingredients
- 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
- 20ml lime juice
- 4 cucumber slices (1 slice for garnish)
- 6 basil leaves (1 leaf for garnish)
- 10ml agave syrup
- 35ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (liquid drained from a can of chickpeas)
- ice cubes
- black pepper (garnish)
- Muddle a few cucumber slices and basil leaves in the cocktail shaker.
- Add PAULIES GINGER Original, agave syrup, chickpea juice, and ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with cucumber slices, a basil leaf, and sprinkle with some black pepper.
