RECIPE 1 (Difficulty **)
Ingredients for 1 mocktail:
- cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
- perfect glass: long drink glass
Ingredients
- 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
- 20ml lime juice
- 4 pieces of cucumber (1 piece for garnish)
- 6 basil leaves (1 leaf for garnish)
- 10ml agave syrup
- 35ml chickpea juice (for the perfect foam layer) (drained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- ice cubes
- black pepper (garnish)
- Mash a few pieces of cucumber and basil leaves in the cocktail shaker.
- Add PAULIES GINGER Original, agave syrup, chickpea juice and ice cubes.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass full of ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with cucumber slices, basil leaf and sprinkle some black pepper over it.
RECIPE 2 (Difficulty *) without cocktail shaker.
Ingredients for 1 mocktail:
- perfect glass: long drink glass
Ingredients
- 20ml PAULIES GINGER Original
- 20ml lime juice
- 4 pieces of cucumber
- 6 basil leaves
- sparkling water
- ice cubes
Perfect Serve:
- Mash a few pieces of cucumber and 6 basil leaves in the glass.
- Add PAULIES GINGER Original and lime juice.
- Stir vigorously with a long spoon.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Ice cubes to taste.
