For 1 mocktail:
Supplies:
- cocktail shaker or a Mason Jar
- perfect glass: cocktail/martini glass
Ingredients:
- 30ml PAULIES GINGER Raw Original
- 30 ml honey
- 40 ml cloudy apple juice
- 30ml chickpea water (for the perfect foam layer) (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- apple slice (garnish)
Perfect Serve:
- Pour PAULIES GINGER Raw Original, honey, cloudy apple juice and chickpea water into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds and pour.
- Garnish the glass with an apple slice.
